Must be legal to work in the United States
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must read, write, and speak fluent English
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must have Reliable Transportation
Must have at least two years of previous professional childcare experience
Must have at least two exceptional childcare references from former employers
Must be willing to make a 1+ year commitment to a family
Must be loving, honest, punctual, and professional
