Our placement fee is 15% of the annual gross salary for live-out and live-in nannies. Westside Nannies also provides temporary nannies and babysitters. Please call for more information and prices.
Included in our fee is a three-month replacement period, driving report and thorough criminal background report(s). Our liberal replacement policy guarantees that we will replace your nanny with no additional placement cost if the nanny is fired or leaves the job for any reason. Westside Nannies also encourages our clients to have a “trial week” with the prospective nanny before the formal placement is made. This period is designed to ensure that your family has made the right decision. Trustline registration for the nanny is an additional $130 and is required by California state law.
