Westside Nannies believes that nannies are professionals and as a result, we promote competitive salaries for our candidates.

We will work closely with you to develop a specific job description and competitive job offer for your prospective nanny. Many factors are discussed when developing a job offer, including job responsibilities, experience and education. When deciding upon a salary, factors such as overtime compensation, vacation, raises and/or bonuses and benefits should all be considered.

Below is a general guideline for professional nanny salaries in Los Angeles based upon recent surveys:

Full time Nannies: (Gross Weekly Income) $800 - $2000 + (40-50 hour/week)

Part time Nannies: (Gross Hourly Rate) $18 - $40 per hour

In addition to salary, most nannies in Los Angeles receive the following benefits:
